I know that a visit from a roofer would have cost much more than you charged me. When I saw you I was also not aware how much cleaning you had carried out.  Please accept the enclosed £20.00 towards making the tranaction a little more even.  I was very pleased to get the job done as it is sometimes difficult to get people to come for small jobs.  I completed and mailed the survey and gave you top marks for everything.
